The house we stayed in exceeded our expectations in terms of space and comfort. It was warm, cosy, and quiet, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Hadrian's Wall. the well-equipped kitchen was a bonus, and the scones on the first day were a nice touch. the location was ideal for accessing some of the best walks along the wall. Although the house didn't offer luxurious amenities like a swimming pool or spa, it provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. the lack of a cd player was a minor inconvenience, but the beautiful garden area made up for it. Free parking was convenient for our cycling trips, and the fact that pets were allowed was a plus for us as pet owners. In conclusion, this house offered great value for the price and we would definitely consider staying here again.
